Beautiful shading with the colors! Don't be afraid to lighten the eyes a little to have it make more of an impact and give it a memorable look.

I absolutely love this, but like peppercorncough said, the eyes would have a lot more impact if you bumped up the contrast

fantastic use of lighting and colors though :)
